Make your rented space feel like your own with Parachute Home

Every renter knows the struggle of keeping their rented space a comfortable place to live in. This can be tough for professionals and young professionals but can be even tougher as a student. Not everyone have all the time and money on reinventing your space. Not to include the patience of doing everything in order to make your place decent. I may have not rented a dorm, but I rented an apartment before so I know how it feels. As a firm believer of being fab without splurging a lot, I listed some ways on making your dorm room more convenient in the cheapest way I know.

1. Wall frames
One thing good about dorm rooms and other rented spaces is they usually have a standard wall color. Consider this as an advantage by putting up a wall frame. This has not be expensive. You can buy the cheapest picture frames or even bring some from your house and fill it up with photos of your family or friends or even photos from cut-out magazines or from the internet. Sky’s the limit! All you need is a little creativity.

2. DIY bookshelf to motivate you in studying.
Giving your books an awesome abode won’t just make your place look organized, it would also help you motivate in studying or working. Making your own bookshelf doesn’t necessarily require good carpentry skills. Again, just a little creativity then you’re good to go.

3. Coffee/tea cart
I believe having a coffee or a tea corner in your room is just as important as having a mini-fridge. For those sleepless nights spent on doing some school paperworks, you of all the people, deserve a cup of coffee or tea! Having this would make your dorm room have a more cozy and a relaxing vibe.

4. Investing on a good quality bed and bed accessories won’t hurt.
We all want a good sleep after a long day, so I think it is just important to invest on a good quality of bed which will last for a few years. I also believe that investing on bed accessories are as important as the bed itself. I am actually using products from Parachute USA which I think is pretty awesome. Their products are made in the Italy and are designed in Los Angeles. You don’t really have to splurge to get these products because they are so affordable. They have pillows ranging from $29- $59 and Duvets. The one I am using right now is the Percale Venice Set. I love how its style is just chic and simple. It is also cool and crisp to touch. Furthermore, it is very soft and lightweight so you don’t need to worry on fixing your beds in the morning lol. It just gives me a cozy feel which is exactly the thing I need for my well deserved sleep. You can order the items online at www.parachutehome.com. This can also save your time and gives you the convenience of shopping in your own comfort.

5. A cheap wardrobe storage
Just to avoid your stuff from being scattered around the area. I suggest buying wardrobe cabinets in neon colors just to add a vibrant vibe in your room. You can also make your own shoe organizer to make everything cheaper and also to add style.
